Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects including schedule and financial responsibility. Work with Superintendent and Foreman to schedule subcontractors, crews and equipment. Work individually or with others to prepare and track Submittals. Manage project revenues, costs, quantities and perform quantitative analysis. Estimate cost to complete, prepare and execute change orders. Communicate progress with Owners' representatives and Company management.
Skills:
Applicant must have an understanding of concrete, formwork for concrete structures, and paving as well as a working knowledge of CPM Scheduling. Applicant must be able to read, understand and communicate to others construction plans. Applicant must have solid decision making skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Applicant must be well organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Opportunities exist for both recent graduates as well as applicants with 5 - 10 years of experience.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience in related field.
